Help with TDH, Flow Rate

Hi - I have a Pentair Intelliflow 3.0 HP VSF pump, with electricity rates these days I am trying to bring down my costs. In the pursuit of that, I found I was probably wasting energy and running the pump too long -- As long as my numbers are accurate.

I came up with the below figures for GPM:
3110 RPM, Pressure 17psi, Vac 8 in, TDH 48 = 115gpm
2350 RPM Pressure 10psi, Vac 5 in, TDH 29 = 80gpm
1500 RPM Pressure 4psi, Vac 1.5, TDH 11 = 58gpm

Am I way off here? I was running my pump at 3k rpm for six hours and then at 2k for another 4 to keep water moving during the daylight. However, it looks like at 2350 I am over the recommended GPM for 2" plumbing. So, if my numbers are correct the new schedule will be 2 hours at 2350 and the remainder of daylight hours (12) at 1500 the water barely flows over my spa spill out. I have tried to call Pentair to verify my numbers but the wait is over an hour and the call back has hung up twice!

You guys probably have more experience anyway, so any help is appreciated.

Looking at other threads, I will add that my water chemistry is great, and do not need any extra skimming action, I do have an SWG, but I actually prefer to add chemicals as needed and have it turned way down. I may turn it off and not use it in the near future.

You run a pump to skim, mix chems, filter, vacuum. You should run what you need to accomplish these.

I don't think you are running your pump too long, you are running it too high.

I run my VSP 24/7 at 1400rpm. About 190W, a large light bulb, less than $20/month. It skims, runs the SWCG and filters fine. Keeps FC consistent throughout the day as it produces 24/7.

LOTS of us here run this way.

Run my VSP at 1550 from 8am-3pm daily mostly for the SWG used 240Watts/hour and flows 55gpm.
Other times when adding chemicals (rarely) and for water features.
I have a crystal clear trouble free pool.

What PoolStored said from above.
Running a pump is results based. Run it as slow as you can to save money, and at the same time fast enough to skim/SWG. NOTHING MORE except to manual vac..
Skim speed is enough to distribute what you put in.
I run slow 24/7
