Help with Lost Communication message

Hello,
My pool and spa pumps have lost communication. I have Pentair equipment. It was working fine until we tried to download the Pentair app on another phone. The equipment has power. I have tried a hard reset and that didn't resolve the issue. Any direction is appreciated

I have a Pentair Intellitouch control system with a Pentair Intelliflo03 VSF pump

If you are using an app for the automation you must have Screenlogic tied to the Intellitouch?
