We have an outdoor pool bathroom. It’s constantly wet from kids running in/out and so the humidity is very high. Wondering if anyone has used an air exchanger to mitigate this issue. I’d rather not use open venting as it’s attached to the house and would prefer to keep the room tight in the winter. Any ideas?

Why not an exhaust fan to the outside and fabricate an insulated cap for the exhaust pipe to plug it in the winter?
Thanks, yes, I think I am going that route. I found some through-the-wall exhaust fans that should work and can be covered.
