Help Wiring New Timer Switch

Good day,
I am looking to install a SuraiElec T40W in place of an existing Intermatic T104R and was looking for advice on how to wire. The switch will power a Solaxx Pure Chlor SWG (CLG140A-020) and a Century HST110 Pool Pump. I have found a post that seems to capture what I'm doing but wanted to confirm since my setup is slightly different. Any advice would be much appreciated!!

What post did you find and how is your setup different?

Tell us what you intend to do?

This is your basic wiring...

Chris,

The Blue wire on pin 1 goes to Com1 on your new device
The Blue wire on pin 3 goes to Com 2
The two white wires on pin 2 go to NO1
The two black wires on Pin 4 to to NO2

Then..

Add a jumper from Com 1 to L
Add a jumper from Com 2 to N

That should make you good to go.

Thanks,

Jim R.

ajw22,
See below link I was referring to... I need to power an SWG and water Pump.

Update… I followed your wiring guide and it worked Jim. Thanks!!

The Suraielec timer works great and the app is pretty easy to use and has a good deal of features. It took a few minutes to get it setup but is working fine now. The box itself is definitely not as solid as the metal Intermatic box. There is also less space to store wire connections. All in all though it is working and we’ll see how it holds up.

I can say that it is nice to be able to turn my pool pump on/off from the comfort of my chair. I don’t close my pool in the winter so freezing nights in SC are plentiful enough that I have found myself marching outside to turn the pump on one too may times as I was ready to climb into bed. This should prevent that!!

We are glad we could help you get your new timer wired.
