Help! Spa is draining when I turn it on!

Another Day Another problem (insert mad face)

I just turned on the spa
And the water level starting slowly going down...

And, I think the pool level was rising!??

What is happening?

Sounds like your valves may be reversed? Is water coming out of the returns in the pool? When you put it into spa mode, it should pull from the spa and return to the spa. Check the position of your valves. I think there is a little switch on the back that could switch their position that may have gotten switched on one of them.
 
Pool is 2-3 yrs old.
Have used the spa many times.
These valves turn automatically when I turn the spa on with the button on the easy touch remote.

Don’t know much about the ways that the valves turn but I can take photo.

Second picture, I believe, shows Spa suction and return closed? Is that picture in Spa mode?
 
Sport should have specified-
This is pool mode
Because I turned off the spa when I noticed it draining.

Well. The valve are correct for pool mode. The 'Off' side should be at 180deg from those shown when in Spa mode.

I would assume the return valve is not moving in Spa mode. It might be stuck, it might be turned off (check toggle switch on actuator).
