Help pool leak!!!!

My pool is leaking that was just installed about a month ago and the pool company says there is nothing they can do! How do I stop this or do something to prevent a bad situation from becoming worse!

It depends what the issue is on hand. Is this a defect in the liner seam or a tear. A defective liner ought to stiil have some warranty after a month. You need to determine that part of it.

We were able to beg and plead. they came out and found a tear behind the ladder and ended up patching it for free.
