Help me update my system, please!

Finally finished the upgrade!

According to the new flow meter I installed, at 1750 rpm, I am getting about 46 GPM. I can definitely run it a bit lower, save even more energy and still be able to activate the SWG, who requires at least 20 GPM.

The SWG is off and I'll keep it off until the FC comes down to about 3. Currently is way above 10.

One thing I did notice is that now the pump is completely filled with water. Before it would barely fill above the intake hole.

I guess the 2" piping and having the required 10" of piping before the intake does really help.

What are you trying to protect with the sacrificial anode?

I doubt you need it.

Some people say needed, others say not needed. I rather err on the safe side and just install it. If it wasn't needed, I've spent more on junk food on a weekend, so it won't break the bank. If it was needed, then cool, I had it installed.
