Help me identify model of broken pool lights

I am somewhat new pool owner - bought a house two years ago that came with pool. I am still very much a novice.

The pool has some lights, and one is is burnt out

The light looks like this





Any chance someone could identify model from the picture? I was hoping that this light had a shell that I could open up and replace a bulb, but this doesn't seem to be the case. Are these easily fixed/replaced? Much thanks in advance for any and all help.

Is the light in a bubbler?

Is that center part open?
