Help! I've spent over 900$ in three weeks and still can't swim!

... But my question is....the next few days we are suppose to get a lot of rain....do I need to do or test anything else or just continue my SLAM as I am, just testing the FC?
Rain has little effect on pool water chemistry. Only issue is you will get wet testing and adding liquid chlorine.
Well the downpours we've been getting (midwest) is quite different from a normal rain ;)
.... usually, Normal rain = little effect VS torrential non-stop week-long downpour = pool water fully exchanged (in our case) ? :D

you still need to test and adjust fc everyday
when you get to know your pool you can start to skip a test here and there
but you still need to add chlorine daily
as for your air leak, no one has mentioned the filter basket o-ring
this is a very common cause of air getting into the system
Okay. I will check that. My filter basket moves like it isn't very tight so I'll check all of that. Thank you.
