I have the Hayward ball valve below, and searching online with different search terms and image searches I'm not seeing it.

Now that my pool is settled, I want to start adding features, and one of the first is actuators for a couple of the valves. I am assuming, based on what I see, this valve will need to replaced in order to accommodate an actuator, but would like to verify. So... can somebody help me identify it, or just tell me I'm going to have to replace it?! It is just a standard 2" two-way PVC valve.

Thanks!

You are going to need to replace the ball valve with a diverter valve if you want to use an automated actuator on it.

Note that your EasyTouch Lite can only have 4 schedules/programs/egg-timers and run-once items and that includes any egg-timer that is not set at the default of 12 hours. You are limited with your Lite model. See Pentair Automation Systems - Further Reading

Correct, you will need to replace these (or augment with if there is sufficient room) with a jandy style valve in order to automate them
