I just moved into a home with an inground pool. I need some help identifying my system. Pool is 16x30 with two aerator jets by the stairs and one more on each side. Only one side jet seems to be working. Can you tell from the attached picture of I have the valves open correctly? Apologies if I'm getting the terminology wrong.
Help identify my system.

The valves on the return side are all open. The line that has the red handled ball valve disappears under the diverter valve. I assume it goes into the ground there? Check the returns for plugs as I suspect they were plugged when the pool was winterized.
