help - flow open error on new Jacuzzi hot tub

FL-1 flow open low error displays after filling the tub. I have done the airlock procedures and it has not resolved. Any ideas?

Remove filter. Does it have 24/7 circulation pump use jet 1 for heating?If it's new it's under warranty, so call the dealer.

No filters currently in. Seems like the jets go on for a few minutes at a low rate. This tub sat on my deck for a week waiting for the electrician before filling. The control panel indicates ice and the temp is 40. Cold in this area in Winter so I dealer is letting it circulate to heat to rule out an ice blockage..

It's not going to heat much with a flow error. Can you post a pic of the equipment area and circuit board? We may be able to speed the thaw, but I need to know what you have in there.

Thanks for the help. The problem was resolved by jacuzzi techs as the tub was configured wrong for 120 to the pump making it run slow.
