Hello! So I slammed my pool and passed all three tests. But now I have brown dead algae (I’m assuming) sitting at bottom of pool that I can’t get up. I have a robot vacuum and it just isn’t getting it. Any suggestions?

Dead algae will poof away if brushed. If what you have does not move, then it is a stain of some kind.

What robot do you have? A pleated fine filter in it should pick up what you are seeing.
It’s a dolphin. I’m wondering if it’s not picking up like it should be bc this same thing was happening at the end of last summer. The vacuum is probably 5 years old.

What filters do you have in it? My Dolphin robot is in its sixth year and still picks up everything.
Maybe I’m wrong, I don’t think mine has filters? Just a filter basket that comes in and out to get cleaned?

It is a filter basket. What filters do you have in it? The unit should have come with a mesh filter for 'spring' clean up and pleated filters for fine cleaning.

Oh my goodness, I found the pleated filters. How in the world did I go all theses years and not know that?!?! Lol! Thanks so much for your help!!!
