I've had several Intex pools over the past 12 years and read an artical, what is there life expectancy. I can only speak for myself, the current one is a rectangular ultra and on it's 5th season, although not used for the second and third season.
I left the pool up last year and filling as I write, poolside ladder powder coating has started to flake (salt)? I'm trying a Hammerite rust cure, at least the colour's match. One thing I would like to add I've always lubricated the main frame poles with baby oil whilst threading them into the liner.
Little rust, food for thought.
