Hi, everyone! I'm new to this forum, but not necessarily new to pool care! I still don't do a whole lot of it since I'm more of a theatrical lighting designer than a pool guy.
I'm currently 17 years old; however, I would consider my general language skills to be slightly more advanced than a typical 17-year-old (except for my occasional overuse of commas trying to make sentences easier to read). I've been maintaining my family's pool since 2011 and typically just used generic advice from the Internet and my local Leslie's Pool Store to care for our own pool. Hopefully, my signature shows up so the exact parts its pump is comprised of will be visible.
I thought I'd join here to hopefully get a bit more advanced in the world of pool care, especially since as of a few months ago, everything seems like it's falling apart on our pump, so hopefully someone can help out with my issue and maybe I could end up helping someone else later on down the road.
