We recently finalized our contract with a local PB and are very anxious to get started! It seems like everyone in our area has decided to get a pool due to COVID and thus, builders are booked up. We started the process in April and hopefully, will get everything started next week. We have never had a pool in any of our previous homes, so we are excited and nervous about being pool owners. We are having a geometric pool (16'x34') with sun ledge (8'x7') and spa built, along with a covered patio featuring a kitchen and closed storage unit.
I feel like the thing that worries me most is choosing all the wrong finishes and not being happy with the look. However, I know there are many other things to consider. I will be browsing the forum to look for tips and advice for any new pool owners, but welcome any recommendations or comments!
