Hello just want to introduce myself. My name is Debi from San Juan Capistrano, Ca. I live with my fiance in his family home. His mother passed away and he inherited it. Our house was built in 1973 when my fiance was in 6th grade. The pool was built in 1974. Inground 22,000 gallon with raised spa. Pebbletec surface (2005) Hayward Progrid DE filter (1995) Aqua-flo A series Bronse 2HP pump (1974) with Centurian 2HP motor (1974).
