Hi. I have a 25000 gallon pool. My salt system is an intermittant source of aggravation, as it works great when it works. 2 weeks ago it showed a salt level of 3400. I went away for 2 weeks and came back to a reading of 1200...Help!

It's my understanding your salt converter can be confused.
Is it clean?
Have you tested your level yourself?
Mine is 2 yrs old and when it flashes low I test myself to be sure I'm not over salting.

You never want a device for salt level to determine how much you have when you should test the salt level in the water yourself. Taylor K-1766 salt test kit is what you want.
