I am a new pool owner. My instillation has been interrupted over the last month. In that time my pool water has gotten ugly. I test the alkaline, add acid, and vacuum from outside the pool, it's not grounded yet, but not much improvement. I run the filter but am not sure I am doing it corrected. As you can see, I need help
