We bought a house last summer that has an inground spillover hottub and pool. The pool and hottub had been empty for some time but with some TLC the pool is working great - new filters, o-rings, caretaker rebuild, etc, but we are still struggling with the hottub as it is not holding water and had two serious pipe cracks underground. I have enjoyed reading your blogs and look forward to participating in the discussion! I see lots of people here trying to bring old pools back to life!
