Heater Rusted Out - Replacement options?

Hi all, 2nd year with pool, 1st time opening up the heater. Surprised at the extent of rust and corrosion, though the heater worked well last summer. Interior panels are completely rusted through and collapse with a slight touch. Would it be worth it to try and repair vs. replace? Heater is a Jandy Legacy LRZ 250k BTU installed in 2011.. I'm positive the previous owner did not properly maintain the chemistry, or winterize for closing. Internal panels alone are $500 LINK and I'm unsure the extent of the damage, looks like a leak exacerbated the situation.

If replace, what do you guys recommend? Pool is 30k gallons, 250k BTUs worked fine, though I wouldnt be opposed to upgrading. Thoughts on Hayward H350FDN Universal H-Series Low NOx 350k BTU? LINK

K-2006 test kit ordered, will report readings after it arrives :)

It's done for and don't try to repair it. It's not worth it.

Do your research here on the Hayward units and you will find nothing but issues with them. Buy a Raypak to replace your old unit.
