VSP went bad and was replaced. Now my heater reads 3 degrees hotter than my Iaqualink and PDA any ideas what could have happened?

The pump installer may have relocated the water temperature sensor o another location in your plumbing when your new pump was installed.
Post pics of your equipment pad and show us where the water temperature sensor is placed.

I think you have a calibrate function on the iAquaLink. Go to MENU>SYSTEM SETUP>TEMP CALIBRATE. This should allow you to calibrate +/- 4 degrees.
