Heater/Pump won't stay on

Help please! I have a Balboa GS100 spa that I’m wanting to heat, but I cannot get the pump/heater to stay on longer than 30 minutes. IE every 30 mins I have to go out and turn it on, so it takes days to get hot! Is this right? Do I need to run full jets to warm, or just the pump? Is there anyway to extend time period on pump? I have set jets to maximum on the control panel on the motor.

Right now your spa is set for a 2 hr low speed timeout and a 30 minute high speed timeout. It will not heat when jets are on high.
Check to verify that it is in standard mode.
Are there any errors on the topside?

Thank you for your reply!
Topside, there are no errors and it is set to Standard mode.

can you tell me what I need to change in order to get it to heat please?

It should be turning on the low speed pump to heat as needed if in standard mode. Does the pump run low speed all the time?
Do you have a multimeter? Turn off power, unplug the heater and do a continuity test (ohm reading). Turn power on and test the plug on the board for voltage to the heater.
Post pics of the control pack/board.
Give us some history. Is it a new control, new to you spa, new pump, etc...
