Today when checking the indoor pool for my HOA I noticed that the water was unusually cool. I cecked the temp at heater and it read 81 (set at 88). I noticed the heater panel was showing something I have not seen before which read... "RollOut SW Open". The screen was rotating between showing this message and the set temp/actual temp readings. What does this mean and is it anything I can address or.... time to call the pool company? It is a Raypack heater. Thanks for any advice on how to best resolve this issue.

Roll-out switch is in the lower left corner of the cabinet. That means that flame exited the firebox and came into the control area, not a good thing. It can happen because of high winds on a heater outdoors near a taller structure (downdraft) with no high-wind stack, soot clogged heat exchanger, blocked flue (indoor heater?).

If it is like the picture, it needs to be replaced, they are one-and-done fuses. Some RayPaks had one that could be reset, small red button just needs to be pushed. Need to find out why it happened.
