Raypak model P-R336A-EP-X, Serial Number 1805326181. New in 2020. The display background lights up, but there are no digits, letters, numbers, etc.. It seems that none of the push buttons work either. I can push buttons all day and nothing happens. Is it safe to assume that the probable cause is PC Control Board 013464F? If not, what is the probable cause? Thanks in advance.

Most likely you have a bad display module. However, depending on where you live, it could be a tree frog that go in where the board is and got fried. I would remove the board and look at it and if you see signs on a frog dead on the board, you might need a new board which comes with a new display module attached. If no frog, then it is just the display module. Raypak had issues years back with bad display module, part 013640F.

Thank you so much for the reply. We do have lots of little frogs in the yard and they get into everything. I think I will just order the whole board and be done with it!

You hit the nail on the head. I found these two fried green frogs below the circuit board. Thanks again, Alan
