I've confirmed my gas valve is open. The omnilogic has the heater on and calling for heat. The pump prioritizes the heater, turns to high, and the automated valve opens allowing water into the heater. I just cleaned all filters. I keep getting an A1 message. The blower kicks in but no ignition of flame means the air is cold. What could I be missing?

You have a problem with the blower, air intake, or the Differential Pressure Switch that senses if the blower is running and there is sufficient air flow for ignition.

So the solution is to ensure there isn't any debris blocking airflow? Or do you assume it's a component problem within the unit itself?

Could be either.

I do not assume anything.

Approach diagnostics with an open mind.
