Hayward Vsp on low speed spitting air into pool

New this year when the pump is on low speed, we are getting bubbles some smaller than others from our return lines to the pool. The pot on the pump is fine no air and impellers checked too.
We run the pump on 2300 rpm during the day @ 390 watts
Low speed is 1725 amp @187 watts.
On all the other speeds we are fine, no air returning to the pool.
Thanks for your help and ideas.

Pool is inground 18,700 gallons. 16x32
 
Then there is a suction side air leak. Might only be present at certain rpms.
Clean and lubricate all gaskets with pool lube.
Check connections, valves, etc. All on the suction side.
Or live with it if no issue of losing prime, etc.
