Hayward valve actuator functioning backwards (waterfalls on when app shows off)

I just installed a Pentair Easytouch 8P and I am in the process of trying to get everything working. I had to replace the plug on valve actuator using the Zodiac Jandy connector as my pool builder had cut off and had the valve wired in on my previous setup. I reconnected the plug using white/red/black and for some reason my valve is operating backwards (waterfalls are on when the panel/app shows off). Any idea how to flip it? I tried switching the red/black wires and that didn't work.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!
The actuator will have a toggle switch on the back. It is on - off - on. Try moving the toggle switch to the opposite 'on'.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
