Hayward TriStar VS 2.7 HP Pump Problems

Hello, The app on my phone and the Omni Hub Controller both show the pump settings, water temp and it appears that the pump is running and everything is fine, , but the pump is not running. I received this notification: Comm Loss MSP to Device 1001 126bde HUA: VSP. I have turned off the breakers and powered down the Omni Hub controller and the pump still does not run. Any advice? Thank you.

Does the pump have power?

The comm loss means that the pump isn't communicating. Check that the breaker isn't tripped and that the wiring between the omni and the pump is good.

I reset the breaker and the wiring is good. The Omni controller after the pump has power. This isn't a new install. It's been running fine for the last couple years. We did have a pretty big storm yesterday. I wonder if it took a lightening strike.
