Hi,
I built my pool 5 years ago and got the Hayward Tristar 2-speed pump for it. The pump was supposed to be 110/220 according to the dealer, like my previous super pump. When we went to wire it in, there was no option for 110. In order to get it running, I just used my old super pump and decided to run the wiring at a later date. Well, Like I said, that was 5 years ago. My super pump just died, and I would like to use the Tri-Star. The question is, after looking at many threads here, is there a way to use a switch for this pump or does it have to be used with an automation system?
Thanks for the help...
