Hayward T-Cell 15 Showing No Current When ORP Below Set Levels

I've had our pool about 5 years, and recently our SWG went bad, and Hayward replaced it under extended warranty. I get readings in the app and on the panel, etc, so it seems to be functioning fine. I can also make it generate chlorine by flipping the SC switch.

However, when the ORP levels normally drop below the setting I have, it won't automatically generate (as determined by the "Cell Current" setting being off). Has anyone seen this before? Would like to not have to pay for a tech to come look at it.

Until someone more knowledgeable about Orp and Salt Systems, I can only relay that I've read that Orp systems don't play well with salt systems.
