Hayward PS4 controller valve button

Hi All,

I have two Hayward GVA24 actuator valves that controls the pool and spa modes. On the display/board, Valve 3 and Valve 4 is available, but when i press it, nothing happens.

The valves work fine, and when i move the switchs manually, they work, but pressing the valve 3 button doesn't do anything. Does that need to be set up in the programming? Long story, but i would like to move the valve from time to time, to increase the water in the spa.

Valves 3 and 4 are for two additional valves and do not control your return or suction valves.

The RETURN and SUCTION valves are controlled by the POOL, SPA, or SPILLOVER modes.

Put your pool in SPILLOVER mode to add water to the spa.

You should be scheduling the SPILLOVER to run once or twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes which will refresh the water in your spa.
