Hello, we have a Hayward Pro Logic PL-P-4 system to support our pool and spa. Issue we're having is that the lights function is only working for the spa. We've turned the feature off/on and can change the color of the lights in the spa but that's it. I will say the pool light isn't completely inoperable...when turned on it's extremely dim. We've unlocked the configuration menu and everything seems to be set up properly and not set for dimmer setting. Any feedback would be appreciated. Trying to avoid having someone come out, drain the pool to the necessary level, change or replace the light when the issue could be at our fingertips. Thanks.

I believe that you light is dead... but you do not normally have to drain a pool to service the light..
If this is a standard size pool light, it sits in a niche and held in place by a single screw at the top.. Taking the screw out, lets the whole light assembly float out of the niche and the cable should be long enough to put it up on the deck for service.
