Hayward OnCommand pros/cons?

It's time to ditch the archaic Intermatic time clocks and replace them with something from this millennium.
I'm looking at the OnCommand controller but it's not clear from Hayward's website if this product is still supported.

Any thoughts or comments would be mucho appreciado.

What gives you the idea the OnCommand is not supported?

It ios an entry level basic controller that will control your Tristart VS pump, your cleaner booster pump on one of the two AUX circuits and pool lights on one circuit.

Well, that's good to know, thanks. None of Hayward's authorized online sellers seem to stock it. The only one I've found is a refurb.

Hayward, Jandy, and Pentair to some extent pool equipment companies have pulled most of their products off of the internet. They only want their products sold through authorized dealers for “professional “ Installation.

Please check this site. These units have a know issue with their clocks. Do your homework.

I would highly suggest the Omni Hub over what you're looking at. Has built in wireless and can control most anything you need. HLOMNIHUB
