Hayward Omnilogic App "no sites"

I will be calling/emailing customer support as well.

My system is “back to normal” except that now instead of me manually having to start the schedule in the app, it started this morning on its own, but doesn’t show as running in the app. Also, the priming indicator on the app doesn’t show for the first minute as it always had when the system first starts up.

I’ve deleted schedules from both try app and panel to see if that would help, but nothing.
 
Hayward just called me back. The tech was clueless saying that a Senior Tech would call me within 48 hours. The tech asked me for my MSP # which I provided. The tech said the Senior Tech would be able to reset my system remotely. We’ll see…
 
Mine is still very wonky as well. Sometimes its up, sometimes its not. Sometimes it is telling me the complete incorrect info. Hoping this is still fall out from last weeks mess.
 
Mine has been messed up since last week. It’s running my pump but not the salt cell. The app has a red banner “ Omni controller lost connection to router”. I have rebooted my router 5 times, shut off power at the breaker, nothing works. Yesterday I was able to use it but it was buggy but today it’s absolutely worthless. Level 2 tech is supposed to call back within 48 hours🤷‍♂️

Same here. Been a normal occurrence over the last 20-30 days, red banner, system not working.

I started having this issue last week (7/19/20) and that evening I received an email from Hayward that their server was experiencing problems due to the nationwide outage.
On the morning of 7/20 the app was up and running miraculously.
Then yesterday, the app signed off automatically again, and giving me the error message of "site not found", but just like some of you have indicated in this chat, when I attempted to register my site it indicated my site was already registered. This is very frustrating 😤
 
My OmniLogic + OmniLogic iOS app continues to be working fine after a couple days of outage and bugs..

Unfortunately, the MS / CrowdStrike issue affected all types of industry including healthcare, banking, and first responders.

I understand this is frustrating for many people, but we should all be happy that we aren't trying to fly Delta! :ROFLMAO:
