Hayward Omnilogic App "no sites"

Anybody having this issue again?

Yes, my site is gone in the app. Can't access Hayward's website today either.

Ditto -- actually relieved to see others with the problem. I was trying to set up the app on my wife's phone the first time when the failure happen and I thought I had done something to mess it up! Trying to log in on the website isn't even working.... looks clearly to be something up with their server.

Same issue here in Ontario , Canada. Happy to see its a on their end. It's Defiantly from the Microsoft outage. My Omni touchscreen works fine.

So my pump is stuck on 50%, any clues on how to adjust it down to 30% where I usually run it? Not sure how to do that without using the app?

Went outside to check to see if my chlorinator was running as I was messing with settings last night and pretty sure I turned of the schedule I had set up for it.

Went into the control panel and chlorinator was there (accidentally at spa screen rather than pool) and it was at 0%. Went to turn it on. Then sounded like something shut off (not the pool pump) and the chlorinator disappeared from the menu. No idea what to do. How to add it. Whether I’m making chlorine or not. And it’s 110F on a Friday. Anyone able to help?

Can't you do it on the touchscreen? I never have but I would think you should be able to

I will check it out again but I know the SAlt cell is not working as it’s in a program. Will check and manually dose it

Looks like this is happening again. Maybe it is related to the issue with the airlines today.
