My 10-year-old navigator is giving me a run for my money. Wasn't turning or moving so I replaced the shoes, flaps, a-frames, turbine & turbine bearings. Didn't replace the legs (pods?). Suction seems fine. It shows initial promise, then just stops. Feet move fine & the unit turns freely when held off the floor in the water. Perplexed. what am i missing?

Usually if the pods are moving when there not on the surface but stop on the floor it is either the main turbine bearings or the A-frame bearings
