Only 4 posts on this but non were answered. Maybe the people asking just never fixed it but that seems odd. Maybe not willing to share. I have this problem as well, still no answer. Anyone...

Hayward, do you monitor this site?
My issue. Receiving the above mentioned error when going thru the startup process of the Aqualogic system on my pool. Also constant resets in either IP connection or Mypoolxxx connection. Luckily, the $2000 Pro Logic box sits in the pool installers warehouse until the issue gets resolved. Leaning toward Pentair since that is what my installer recommended but I stuck with Hayward due to the Salt cell I just replaced 2 months ago. Has anyone found a resolution to this Aqualogic connectivity problem.

thanks in advance for the support.

Welcome to TFP.

Hayward does not monitor this site. We are just pool owners like you who try and help others.

It sounds like you have some incompatibility between your home network and the Hayward equipment. We can try and help you if you want to share more details on what you have and where you stand right now with your ProLogic system.

If you do have the opportunity to switch to a Pentair IntelliCenter I would say to do it.

That is unfortunate that Hayward does not monitor a trouble free pool forum. There are exactly 4 posts on this topic and that seems light. To give a lot more color, trying to connect Aqua Connect to internet. All setup, works until your get to the final, step which is to connect to the internet.
the
After typing in all the specifics on MAC address and location it says MAC address not found. There is not other detail. Can find MAC and IP info on router For the connected device. But cannot ping this IP and get a response. Has anyone else seen this an$ how do you overcome?

I have not setup Hayward equipment. Which devices MAC address and IP do they ask for?

The Aqua Connect is a Ethernet based wireless to pool mini server. It allows you to interface with the Hayward Pro Logic automation system. It is a proprietary wireless connection from the Automation System to the Mini Server and then Ethernet cable to router for TCP connection to the internet.

one you connect it to the automation system thru the wireless link, then you connect it to your router and internet. Here is where it seems to fall apart. For some reason, it is not letting the internet see the MAC but I can see the MAC on the router so it must be the communication from the internet looking for the MAC that is failing. I created a Port Forwarding and locked in the IP address by removing dhcp. i am pretty much flying blind on something that is likely way above my head but Hayward says it is my network but they can not identify what about my network.

i assume others have made it work but I never saw any response to the requests posted here.
