Hi,
I had a power surge and it fried the switch board. So, I bypass the switchboard and wired the heater power cable to a direct power switch. Now the blower turns on and I can now see numbers on the heater display screen, but the heater won't turn on. There's not any noise or clicks indicating it's even attempting to start.
I suspect it was the main control circuit board behind the display screen, So I replaced it with a used one from ebay. It's a long shot, but I replaced the thermisitor as well. Heater still doesn't turn on.
Thoughts on what else I can check?
