Hayward H400FDP - CE Error after a few minutes of operation

Hello all!

My heater now has the dreaded CE error. However, mine seems to work first and then after a few minutes of doing the normal hearing, the CE error shows up and the heater stops. The heater is in an underground pool room with plenty of ventilation. Any steps I can do to troubleshoot before buying the replacement boards?
I’m currently in the Philippines so Hayward parts will be hard to procure and are probablycost twice as much than Amazon.

Just an update...I opened up the heater and removed the two boards. The display board had a cocoon stuck between the board and the plastic bezel. I did a quick inspection and found no blown or burnt sections. I did a thorough clean up of both boards and re-installed. Heater now works perfectly!
