Hayward H350FD troubleshooting

So my heater won't light. Typical IF code. Pulled the orifice tube and cleaned orifices. They were spotless clean.
Pulled each burner tube and inspected. Baffles have some corrosion but flame holes look great. Removed loose scale.
Pulled ignitor and tested, gets red hot.
Pulled flame sensor and cleaned.
Gas valve is working because I can feel it move through the cycle. Pulled 18v with cheap meter.
Increased gas pressure slightly, no help.
Only thing left that I Know of is the control board.
Any advice??

One more thing. It goes through the cycle but I never actually hear the whoosh of the flame lighting.

More troubleshooting. So I get 22 volts at the valve. However, I pulled the plug where u would test the pressure and I have no gas on the bottom side of the valve when it cycles. Plenty of gas on the top side. So I guess the valve assembly is bad. I knocked it a few times but never appeared to let any gas by.

New gas valve installed and problem solved. Heater works perfectly again. Hope this post may help someone else in the future.
