Hayward - H250FD - Loud

I own a H250FD which according to an my adjacent neighbour it runs very loud. I have looked at the unit and initaly thought that it may not be sitting squarely on the concreate pad and it creating a vibration but that does not seem to be the case. It seems to sound like the unit is buffeting, in that the warm exhaust air is not able escape fast enough and creates the same style of noise you get if you roll down 2 front windows in your car and the air is trapped in the back vibrating around. Question being has anybody else experienced this and if so was there any resolution?

Have you checked for debris in the blower fan outlet?
