Hayward EP1550LX mystery?

We have a 24' above ground that has a Hayward EP1550LX pump and sand filter. Normally the pressure generated is pretty powerful, moves a lot of water. Today I noticed the pump was running and moving water, but at a low pressure and speed. Water is coming out of the outlet into the pool, but at a very low rate and pressure. I've cleaned the sand filter and don't think its blocked in any way. Wondering if the pump needs rebuilt or should I just replace it?

What are the voltage and current while the pump is on?

If you're asking how its wired, 120V- 15 amps. If you're asking how many amps it draws I'm not sure how to check that. It seems to be running at full rpm/speed, same as before. It just is not pushing as much water.

Maybe a clogged basket or impeller.

So, it turns out the suction hose was collapsed at the pump preventing most of the water coming from the pool. A new hose improved the flow, but pressure still low and lots of bubbles from the water outlet. I’m replacing the pump today. Thanks for all the help!
