My Hayward AquaRite Chlorinator keeps blowing its 20A onboard fuse, even when the cell and the flow detector are disconnected. The power supply is producing 24AC and the rectifiers seem fine. The board looks clean and the capacitors seem okay. The only clue I have is a loud buzz just before the fuse blows which is about a second after I apply power.
