@Ronald007, since you are now running Rev T2, using the webpage or app, you can check the status of the RS485 devices. To do this go to Help, then press next until the list of RS485 device is shown. Let us know when is listed.

If you look at other posts, you will see that Jandy changed the software so that it will no longer works with your AquaRite. Also post in the forums, people have reported using a device called "Chlorinator Translator" to allow the Aqualink to control the AquaRite. Search for Chlorinator Translator in this forum. Here is one example from a search: Aquarite and Aqualink working together

If you do some search, you will see that the iAqualink Rev T.2 doesn't work with the AquaRite. Jandy decided to ignore AquaRite SWGs. If you have powered up the 2 products connected by the RS485, the iAqualink is now locked out of being used with any SWG. But this is not the end of the world. Members have report succuss with a product called the "Chlorinator Translator". Search the forums for members comments on it. I hope this helps you in getting your system back to a working order.
