Hayward Aquarite indicates high salt and amps

I am having a similar issue. I am attaching pictures. The board looks fine. I just replaced the cell with the same make and model. I am now getting high salt high amps. I am thinking the new cell is bad?

Welcome to the forum.

The picture shows a T Cell 3. You are sure the replacement is that same model.
Run the diagnostics as shown in Hayward Aquarite SWG - Further Reading

Check that the cell type setting in the control unit matches the actual cell type.

What is your salinity as measured by the K-1766 Taylor Salt Test ?
