Is anyone having this issue or have had this issue? If so was or how is it fixed? I'm using and Aqua Rite chlorinator with an added daughter board to connect to my Omnihub system. I can see the values in the Aqua Rite display board but not on my app, remote control or web access. Any ideas Thanks.
Well at -1 degrees that cell isn’t going to do anything... is the cable plugged in to the hub for the salt cell? (Silly question but that is similar to what I have seen when I forgot to plug it back in after working on my Omnilogic Base cabinet).
Not familiar with the Hub But I’d check the basics first, there should be an salt cell led on the main board and a fuse. Check those first.
i just recently updated all my system to the latest firmware and app, all working good here.
Thank you for the response. Everything plugged in correctly. My aquarite board shows the correct diagnostics. Cell is working correctly. The diagnostics just are not moving to the app through the OmniHub. According to Hayward that is by current design for my OmniHub setup. All my firmware is current. Looks like I'll have to wait for them to fix this anomaly in the system.
Oh good God you mean they admitted it? Amazing some of the stuff they do. I swear the programmer for Omni logic goes on a two year sabbatical’s and comes back and does one days worth of work and then leaves again.
Coming from 30 years in a software related, firmware based, hardware industry I’m amazed how long it takes them to fix things. But maybe that poor person does multiple product lines which I have seen before.
i’m still waiting for them to give us the Current consumption of a variable speed pump amongst other data.
