It starts, blows some water, goes forward a bit, then backwards a bit then stops, that's it.
I took apart make sure nothing is locking up the wheels and the impeler on top, all looks good.
Any advise will be greatly appreciated, I can do any and all work on it, including electrical, so your help will be awesome.
I looked for the acuavac diagnostic scanner but unable to find, I have no clue if I can even afford it.
Thank you for ANY ideas!

Just by posting send you up the the first page on new posts... most of us look at all the new posts.. It may take a while before someone that has one comes on and if they have even fixed one... sometimes can take months or not at all..

Have you tried calling the manufacture and getting with tech support.. They should have some trouble shooting tips.. I doubt it but maybe :)

Got a hold of Hayward, they said there's probably water in the motor box. I haven't looked at the box yet, but if I recall it's sealed, IDK, I'm gonna check and see if I can fix it. Certainly cannot afford another robot and the motor costs as much as a new 'regular' cleaner.
I'm open for suggestions for a good conventional cleaner for pebble tec, one that scrubs the bottom not just suck water.
I prefer suggestions from non sales people, not objective enough.
Thank you all for your help and hope this helps the next guy.
PS: I'll report back on my findings on the motor box.
