My pool has 2 lights on the same low voltage circuit. One light never changes colors and the other rotates though all colors. This is regardless of what color I selected.

Sometimes lights get out sync. Google how to re-sync the Jandy lights or talk to Jandy direct and they should give you the procedure. My brand of lights re-sync based on how you turn them on/off and how many seconds you wait......
