Having a pool built and need advice

Swim when we can, which isn't much. Been too cold. Water hasn't gotten over 69 degrees.

Where is everything plugged in? You have 3 pumps, a SWG, a Heater, lights and Aqualink along with a blower and maybe more stuff. Did they really just connect everything to those 3 breakers?

I guess so, I'm not sure boss. How can I check/test?

EDIT: It's also not too late for me to ask the PB to make changes to the electrical if needed. I'd probably have to pay for it, but I've got money left for the pool project. Let me know if I need to ask them for something.

FYI: you can go to any grocery store and buy laundry bleach. Just get non splashless and unscented. Look for the highest concentration hopefully at least 5%. Pool math will tell you how much to use based on concentration.

after adding 87oz of 10% chlorine this morning, my FC went from 2.5 to 4.0, but I expected 6.0 since that is what I set my target to. What am I missing?

So your testing is showing that. You raised the FC to 6 this morning, lost 1.5, and you test 4 this evening. All within the normal testing variance.

Should I account for my daily FC consumption when I replenish FC to meet a target? For example, if I did this morning over again: Would my target actually be 6 + 1.5 = 7.5?

About double what Walmart sells its 10% for .
Well, I put my big boy pants on and went to Walmart. Sadly, all of the chlorine was super old. Date code on the newest stuff is "22 271" which I believe is September 2022. Yikes. I bought some anyway because I'm not driving around town for this stuff.

The skimmers are actually scary to clean, I'm learning. I hate spiders and there always seems to be a living one in there...
Recommend this; had mine for four seasons, kept outside, and still like new. It's better than similar products that attach onto the skimmer permanently because then the creepy crawlies just sit on those handles, and you have the same problem as now.

I don't think this will work with mine. The baskets have curved metal handles that tilt.
